Latimer Joins Adam as National Sales Manager
San Francisco - Oct 6, 2006 - Adam Audio has hired Jim Latimer as its national sales manager for the U.S. market. Latimer comes aboard with the charter of supporting Adam's sales growth in the professional audio, broadcast and home theater markets as well as building the company's sales force over time.
With more than 20 years of experience covering music retail, manufacturing and performance, Latimer was educated in the arts, including a music degree from the Berklee College of Music. Latimer began his musical career as a performing guitarist, keyboardist and vocalist, which he later parlayed into music retail at E.U. Wurlitzer Music and Sound in Boston and Sound Ideas of Columbus, OH. His sales experience in music manufacturing covers software and hardware with such industry notables as Sonic Foundry, where he served as strategic account executive and most recently with Symetrix as national sales manager.
