All India Radio, DRM Consortium to Conduct FM DRM Tests
New Delhi - May 3, 2011 - The DRM Consortium, in cooperation with All India Radio, will conduct a test and demonstration of the DRM system in the FM band during the week of May 23 - May 27 in New Delhi. Attendees of the DRM+ Showcase will be invited to observe the results of tests, which will address coverage in comparison to analog transmissions over the same area. The tests will be followed by a workshop organized by the DRM consortium and AIR, and results gathered during the test period will be shared with the public.
