Quincy, IL - Jan 16, 2008 - India's Sun TV has standardized on Broadcast Electronics' Audiovault digital media system for all 45 of its FM radio stations. The studio automation systems are part of a larger acquisition of studio and transmitter products supplied to Sun TV in the past year due to the expansion of FM privatization in India.

Sun TV, the parent company of Kal Radio, South-Asia FM and Udaya FM, chose BE's Audiovault with integrated Music Master music scheduling software for on-air and production operations in large and small communities. Among the station requirements for the system were on-air reporting functions unique to the country. The systems were also customized to integrate with SAP business applications used by Sun TV for accounting and spot management functions.

More than half the stations have begun implementation of the studio systems. The remaining stations will be installed over the next few months.
