Hosa Technology Appoints Paquette as GM
Buena Park, CA - Feb 6, 2009 - Hosa Technology has appointed Jennifer Paquette to the position of general manager. In her new position, Paquette oversees a wide range of company operations. Her responsibilities include managing and leading all sales functions, including the strengthening of team building initiatives aimed at advancing sales. Similarly, she focuses on strengthening all aspects of customer relations. Equally important, Paquette coordinates with the company's department managers to increase inter-departmental efficiencies and assumes an active role in Hosa's budgetary and financial transactions.
With a tenure dating back to 1995, Paquette is well versed in all aspects of Hosa's business. She started with the company as a data entry clerk in the customer service department. From there, Paquette advanced to the position of sales coordinator, domestic and international, where she processed and fulfilled order requests-handling shipping arrangements, backorder management, along with invoicing and payment processing. For the past six years, Paquette held the position of assistant sales manager, purchasing. In this capacity, she was in charge of purchasing and monitoring inventory-including the responsibilities of analyzing inventory issues to accurately forecast inventory requirements. Similarly, she was tasked with maintaining relations with Hosa's major accounts.
