Dialight LED Obstruction Light Receives ATEX Certification
Farmingdale, NJ - Sep 24, 2007 - Dialight's 860 Series, hazardous location LED obstruction light for severe duty conditions and hazardous environments has gained European ATEX certification for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, such as flare stacks, chimneys, refinery towers and other potential obstacles to aircraft navigation.
The light is also ETL Listed in compliance with UL1598 and UL844 for use in Class I, Division 2 hazardous locations; certified to FAA AC NO: 150/5345-43E and Canadian Aviation Regulation CAR 621.9; compliant with ICAO (Annex 14, July 1999); and IP 66/NEMA 4X rated.
