Clear Channel Radio Names Goldstein as CFO
San Antonio - Mar 30, 2009 - Clear Channel Radio has named Mitchell P. Goldstein as chief financial and administrative officer. Goldstein will oversee financial, administrative and strategic change activities at the company.
Goldstein's executive management experience spans finance, legal and information technology. Goldstein holds a B.S. magna cum laude in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. He serves on the boards of Rutgers Business School and The Elisabeth Morrow School.
Most recently, Goldstein spent two years as executive vice president and chief financial officer of baby and healthcare products company Nice-Pak Products, overseeing finance and IT. He previously served as an operating executive with Prentice Capital Management, where he guided First Look Studios. He oversaw finance, legal and operational initiatives and was a member of the executive committee as executive vice president and chief financial officer of The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company (A&P). He also held senior management and planning positions at Vlasic Foods International Inc., Campbell Soup Company, and Mercer Management Consulting.
