Jackson, MO - Nov 23, 2010 - RHC Holding Corp, with its financial partners, Midwest Mezzanine Funds and Bush O’Donnell, has signed a definitive sale agreement for the asset purchase of Pro Co Sound. Pro Co was founded in 1974 and designs and manufactures cable and interfacing products servicing the retail music, pro A/V installation and broadcast industries.

RHC Holding owns and operates six separate companies including RapcoHorizon and Major Custom Cable.

"No major changes to Pro Co Sound or any RHC company will be implemented at this time," said Dale Williams, president RHC Holding.
