Nautel to Repeat Popular Propagation Tool Webinar
Hackett's Cove, NS - Nov 28, 2012 - Nautel's Online Radio Coverage Tool, a free service hosted on the Nautel website, will be discussed in an updated Webinar on Dec. 5, 2012, at Noon ET. Nautel's Director of Sales Chuck Kelly will be joined by guest Roger Coudé, RF engineer and the author of the "Radio Mobile" application that provides simple, fast online VHF/UHG coverage mapping and point-to-point analysis worldwide. The webinar has been updated to cover new capabilities in the tool.
While Nautel recommends that final propagation assessments be done with a professional engineering firm, the Online Radio Coverage Tool can assist engineers in creating what-if scenarios that include changes in transmitter power, antenna location, antenna height and gain. An update to the tool includes population capability, allowing users to estimate changes in potential listenership with changes in coverage. Kelly and Coudé will walk webinar participants through the system to show what can be done with the tool and how to use it.
Register for the webinar at www.nautel.com, following the link on the home page.
