Nautel Schedules Encore of Nautel/Omnia Webinar
Hackett's Cove, NS - Aug 2, 2013 - Nautel has scheduled an encore session of its Omnia Direct webinar. The new session will be held Aug. 14 at noon EDT. Chuck Kelly, Nautel director of sales, and Frank Foti, Telos Alliance CEO and Omnia Audio founder lead the webinar.
Omnia Direct technology permits a single AES3 cable to carry the baseband signal in digital form between the Omnia 11 and a Nautel NV Series transmitter. This all-digital path eliminates the noise and distortion of A/D converters and reduces potential overshoots, all while ensuring full FCC mask compliance. Digital direct transfer eliminates the need to use an analog composite signal, which prior to the Nautel/Omnia collaboration was the only reliable way to ensure maximum modulation for station loudness.
