Nationwide DAB Network for Netherlands Under Construction
Arnhem, The Netherlands - May 6, 2013 - Radio Netherlands reports that Broadcast Transmitter Operator Partners has launched a large construction project throughout the Netherlands -- DAB multiplex transmitter facilities that will eventually provide coverage throughout the entire country. The goal is to have nationwide coverage by Sept. 1, 2013.
The company has been engaged to build and manage the network that will provide 32 channels in total. Radio stations that will be heard on the new system (Channel 11C) will include 538, Sky Radio, Slam FM, Radio Veronica, 100%NL, Sublime FM, and many others.
