Mainstream Network Acquires Stream Audio
Bangor, ME - May 3, 2012 - Streaming provider Mainstream Network has acquired Stream Audio, a streaming service provider based in Tacoma, Washington. The merger provides a wider array of services and stronger infrastructure to clients joining Mainstream Network. Mainstream Network customers will now have access to Stream Audio's royalty reporting tool, which works with automation software to provide comprehensive data for all types of royalty reports.
The purchase of Stream Audio marks the third such acquisition in the last three years by ChristianNetcast.com (CNC), the parent company of Mainstream Network. In April 2009, CNC purchased NWR Network (NWR) of Colorado Springs and in 2011 it acquired Barnabas Road Media (BRM) of Indianapolis. As the parent company, CNC now owns and operates Mainstream Network, BRM, NWR and Stream Audio.
