Capitol Broadcasting Selects Efficio Solutions for Centralized Sales System
Raleigh, NC - Aug 10, 2011 - Capitol Broadcast Company (CBC) has integrated Efficio's Customer Relationship management, sales and account management products. Efficio is a Web-based media sales system utilizing a centralized dashboard and integrated sales modules. This centralization enables stations to manage advertising clients and all sales processes, from account management, CRM and budgeting to sales activity, yield management and collections. A rollup solution reports the local market data to the corporate level.
