Broadcast Electronics Discontinues Marti PNP, Offers Trade for STX LP
Quincy, IL - Dec 21, 2009 - Because of increased vendor product discontinuations, Broadcast Electronics has decided to discontinue production of the Marti PNP transmitter product line. To assist existing PNP users with service and support, BE is offering a trade-in program to current PNP customers to BE's new STX LP 1kW.
As further incentive, BE will also offer an additional year warranty, for a total warranty period of 3 years, for customers making the switch before March 31, 2010. The STX LP is scalable from 1kW to 5kW and includes built-in exciter, backup controller and IP connectivity.
BE will provide phone support and repair options for PNP products with the components still available to the company, until parts become obsolete.
