The Audemat Group Purchases Nortek
Bordeaux-Mérignac, France - Jan 11, 2008 - The Audemat Group has bought Nortek. The transaction is intended to provide a conduit to digit TV for Audemat. Since 2002, Audemat has added two companies to its group: Aztec and Ecreso.
Following its incorporation with the Audemat Group, Nortek will be called Audemat-Nortek. Dominique Poissonnier and Jean-Luc Guiraud, former managing directors will be now part of the board of directors of the Audemat Group.
