Las Vegas - Apr 20, 2009 - Following the recent acquisition of APT Ltd, the Audemat Group has reorganized its sales and support structure to be grouped into four distinct territories with all personnel able to sell products from the Audemat, APT, Ecreso and Nortek product lines.

New appointments in the reorganization include Kevin Campbell of APT who has been designated sales manager for the EMEA region, heading up a team of eight sales staff located throughout the UK, France, Germany and Spain. Also, APT's Guy Campbell will take up the role of sales manager for the Asia Pacific region, overseeing the recently established office in New Delhi and the launch of a new Audemat Group sales office in Beijing.

APT's North America operation will be transferred to the Miami-based offices of Audemat Inc, headed by Christophe Poulain. Sales of all products in France and the Maghreb region will continue to be managed by Audemat's Stephane Vansteelant who will add APT audio codecs to his available product portfolio.

There have been no staff cuts as a result of the reorganization.

The technical support functions of APT and Audemat will also be combined.
