Broadcast Electronics to Host Town Hall Webinar
Quincy, IL - Jan 22, 2009 − Broadcast Electronics will give voice to small- and mid-sized market broadcasters on a variety of issues ranging from survival tactics to new revenue sources in its upcoming Main Street Radio Town Hall webinar. The webinar will be held online from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. ET on Feb. 4, 2009, and will focus on operational and financial ideas to help group owners, general managers, program directors and chief engineers of small- to mid-market stations maximize their capital and human resources.
Scheduled speakers include Ron Davis, the national chairman of the Small Market Operators Caucus and a member of the NAB Small Market Committee who owns and operates four stations in Montana; Larry Patrick, Wyoming station owner and operator and station broker who has helped transfer ownership of more than 500 stations in the past 20 years; and WKHM-FM owner Bruce Goldsen, who will discuss how his Michigan station is remaining relevant in the economic downturn.
