Arbitron Ready to Discuss PPM with Congress
Columbia, MD, June 29, 2009 - In response to reports that U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform has requested information from the Federal Communications Commission regarding the effects of the Arbitron Portable People Meter (PPM) on radio listening estimates, released a statement from Michael Skarzynski, president and chief executive officer:
