Steve Lillywhite to Keynote 133rd AES Convention
San Francisco - Jun 27, 2012 - In his 30-year career, Steve Lillywhite has produced records for the Killers, the Dave Matthews Band and Thirty Seconds To Mars, as well as U2, the Rolling Stones, the Pogues, Talking Heads and more. On Oct. 26, Lillywhite will deliver the keynote address for the 133rd AES Convention at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.
Born in the UK in 1955, Lillywhite began his career as a tape operator for Polygram in 1972. Earlier this year, the Queen of England awarded multi-Platinum record producer Steve Lillywhite with a Commander of The British Empire (CBE) for his contributions to music.
The 133rd AES Convention will be held Oct. 26-29, 2012.
