Harry Martin

The technical consultant for legal issues in Radio magazine, he has contributed the FCC Update column to Broadcast Engineering and Radio magazines since 1982. Martin is a member of the law firm of Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth, specializing in broadcast law. He spent four years on the Executive Committee of the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA) and served as the group’s secretary for two years. Currently, he is the president of the organization. He is a regular speaker at broadcast conventions and FCBA Consulting Legal Education seminars.
