L-Com Global Connectivity CAUALAL, CAUALB

Latching USB cables

CAUALAL and CAUALB USB cables feature a latching mechanism on the Type A male connector that ensures a secure, strong connection in any application. The USB standard has been one of the most successful standards in connectivity history, despite some of its shortcomings. One of those shortcomings is that the connector traditionally is friction fit, and has a tendency to pull out of the mating jack when subject to light pressure or vibration. L-com's latching USB products are expected to be very useful in high vibration applications.
